A great singer can sing any genre, and Trisha Yearwood is living proof of this. The much celebrated country singer has traversed pop, blues and now jazz with this selection from the 'Stormy Weather'. This little gem is from 1998 and a concept produced by Don Henley and featuring a dazzling array of music legends such as Natalie Cole, Stevie Nicks and Joni Mitchell just to name a few. I've been a HUGE Trisha Yearwood fan since 1995 and just love the sound of her voice. It is purely sublime! The composer here is the equally stunning songwriter and singer in her own right Jude Johnstone - who provided Trisha and later Jennifer Warnes with the hauntingly beautiful 'Nightingale'.
